  • Sale or clearance items unless defective.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue or reason for return.
  • Photos of the item, if it is damaged or defective.

2.2. After approval, we will provide you with return instructions, including the address for returning the product.


3. Return Shipping Costs

3.1. For defective or incorrect items:

  • Petzoba will cover the cost of return shipping.

3.2. For other returns (e.g., change of mind):

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Refund Process

4.1. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
4.2. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.


5. Exchanges

5.1. Exchanges are available for incorrect or defective items.
5.2. If you wish to exchange for a different size or color, the new item will be shipped once we receive the original product.


6. Lost or Damaged Returns

6.1. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
6.2. Petzoba is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during return shipping.
